Feeder racking - make smooth flows possible

META feeder racking with roller tracks offer you an unimpeded visual access to control stock levels of either cartons or components held in plastic boxes with improved picking times. The angled track levels ensure an "automatic" feeding and offer a rapid overall view about the available or unavailable goods. Important for stored items with date of expiry. Goods which are stored at first, are also used at first. The rack is loaded via the back; the items are removed from the picking face.

• Top level fully usable with no top beam
• Stored items glide automatically to the picking face via the roller tracks
• Roller tracks can be located at centres to suit the stored items and have adjustable position guide rails for perfect   application fit.         
• Roller track pitch adjustment is 6 mm and levels have adjustment on 50 mm vertical centres.
• Low profile front edge stop enables easy removal of empty containers from the picking face.
